Benjamin (Ben) was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, where he attended high school at Moffett Road Christian School while participating in the University of Alabama’s Early College Program. Ben attended the University of South Alabama on a Presidential Scholarship, and also received the John T. Crowder Scholarship for Pre-Law. He graduated in 2015 with his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. Ben then went on to attend Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law as a Class of 2018 Merit Scholar. During law school, Ben competed as a member of Cumberland’s National Negotiation Team, and acted as Director of Arbitration as a Senior Board Member of Cumberland’s Trial Advocacy Board. Throughout his time as a law student, Ben clerked for Judge William H. Rhea in the Sixteenth Circuit Court of Alabama and former Attorney General of Alabama George D. H. McMillan, Jr. Ben joined Webster Henry in 2024 and practices in the firm’s Daphne, Alabama office.
