Charlotte Nichols is from Daphne, Alabama. Charlotte received a BA in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2020. Charlotte went on to attend Loyola University New Orleans College of Law on a merit scholarship, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2023. While in law school, Charlotte practiced as a student practitioner in the Workplace Justice Clinic. Charlotte was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of 2023. The primary focus of Charlotte’s practice is civil litigation and insurance defense.
After relocating from New Orleans, Louisiana, Charlotte joined Webster Henry in 2024. Charlotte’s previous practice consisted of first-party property insurance civil litigation.
Charlotte resides in Birmingham with her partner, Houston, and pets, Auggie Sue and Mr. Pheebs.
