William “Will” Raybon was born and raised in Jackson, Alabama, located in Clarke County. Will attended The University of Alabama and obtained his B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration, with a focus in Accounting, in 2021. Will then attended Faulkner Law School on a merit scholarship, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2024.
While in law school, Will earned semi-finalist in the Vernin Hein Closing Argument Competition in his first year, as well as finalist in the Greg Allen trial competition in his third year. He then participated on Faulkner Law’s trial advocacy for competition teams during his second and third year, where he earned semi-finalist at the William Daniel trial competition in Atlanta, Georgia, and semi-finalist in the American Association for Justice trial competition.
Will was the Chair of the Faulkner Law Board of Advocates for the 2023-2024 year, where he led students in community outreach, trial competition preparation, and legal networking. He was the vice president for the Faulkner Law section of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association for the 2023-2024 year as well. Will had the opportunity in school to work for Federal Magistrate Judge Kelly Pate in the Middle District of Alabama, where he assisted with Social Security opinions. Will currently works in our Birmingham office.
