Win for Defense
Congratulations to Kim DeShazo who tried a case in Jefferson County and got a great outcome for her client. At trial, the Plaintiff asked the jury to award $450,000. Prior to trial a reasonable settlement amount of $27,500.00 was offered and rejected. After deliberations, the jury returned a verdict of only $2,610.00. Great job Kim!
