As general counsel for the Alabama Conference of Educators (ACOE), William H. Webster provides legal counsel to the parent organization and to member educators on a variety of matters. He has helped countless teachers — whether guiding them through personal legal matters involving probate and estate work, or defending against allegations brought under the Students First Act. He also serves as counsel for LEAD Academy, and through his successful appellate work before the Alabama Supreme Court, helped pave the way for their fall 2019 opening as the first charter school in the Montgomery area.
